The library houses a comprehensive collection of over 100,000 print resources, encompassing books, statistical publications, working papers, discussion papers, theses and dissertations, journals, back volumes of journals, magazines, and newspapers. The book collection covers a broad spectrum of subjects including Economics, Econometrics, Development Economics, Energy and Environmental Economics, Law and Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, and allied fields. The statistical publications section features a wide array of documents such as census data, banking statistics, NSS reports, economic surveys, union budget documents, agricultural and industrial statistics, foreign trade statistics and many more. The G-series collection consists of working and discussion papers published by various national and international institutions. The journal collection includes both current and archival issues of leading scholarly journals, in addition to a selection of newspapers and magazines. The theses and dissertations section comprises academic work submitted to IGIDR by MPhil and PhD students.
